In 1997, 600 Racing INC. introduced the next member of its; spec race car family - the Bandolero. Designed for children as young as eight years-old, the Bandolero is a turn key spec cross between a Kart and a car. It has left foot braking and centrifugal clutch, so there is no shifting of gears.

There are two divisions for Bandolero drivers currently in our area. The Bandits division is for drivers between 8-11 years old and the Young Guns for drivers between 12-15. The car has just 150 parts, half that of the Legend car. It provides an excellent training ground for drivers to begin the climb toward big league motor sports.


R&D Performancenter became an authorized dealer for 600 Racing INC. in 2005 and have had steady growth to date. Some track operators believe that these cars will be the future of the weekly short track show.
